It’s the beginning of January – a whole new year awaits us!  Most of us are making resolutions/goals/plans for this awesome year that’s ahead of us.  But how many of us will keep to it?  What derails you?  What holds you back?

Maybe we just need to form a community that will help keep us on track.  Help us stay motivated.  Help us not raid the cookie jar when we’re having a tough day!  I know I definitely have these moments (are more).

I started my website OneRollataTime.com to document my struggle with weight loss and getting healthy.  It’s been a real struggle for me and I’m still in the fight.  If you are in the same boat and are looking for tips and tricks then I’d love for you to join me!

Time to tone and strengthen our chest, triceps and shoulders one crunch at a time!  Each month in 2017 we will have an all new fitness challenge – so you don’t want to miss a thing!

We all have to start some where right?!  It’s a new year and it’s time for a new you!

New this year!  I’ve created a closed support group just for homeschool mamas who want to connect and get that extra support during this weight loss journey.  I think as homeschool moms we have a unique set of “struggles” when it comes to “me time” and support can only truly come from someone who is going through it too (or already has).  If this sounds like something you would like to join in please join me in my closed group on Facebook: One Roll at a Time – Homeschoolin Mamas.
