The past seven years have been kind of a blur for me. We had our first child, lived in 6 different states, began homeschooling, had a miscarriage and finally added another sweet girl to our family – just to name a few. To say we have had our fare share of ups and downs, highs and lows doesn’t do it justice. But it’s most accurate to say that it is all a blur to me at this point.
This year I want to begin my year with a purpose – with a point.
So I’ve decided my Word for 2013 is FOCUS!
- FOCUS on my God and trusting Him (growing closer).
- FOCUS on my hubby and being the wife he needs me to be.
- FOCUS on my girly’s and being the Mama they need me to be.
- FOCUS on ME – my health and fitness needs to be what it used to be.
- FOCUS on our homeschool and teaching my girls.
- FOCUS on our home so it may be a blessing to everyone who is in it.
Over the month of January I will be sharing with you how I plan to create FOCUS in my life again. To get this year rolling, January 14th I will be joining many of the wonderful iHomeschool Network Bloggers in this year’s Winter’s Hopscotch and sharing my 5 Days of Becoming an Intentional Homeschoolin’ Mama. I will be talking about many of these topics in these 5 days and continuing on with the rest as the month unfolds. I hope that you will join me!
