I am so excited to share this brand new community with all of you – I could hardly wait to get my girls in bed tonight! Okay, that may have been because they haven’t been sleeping for the past three nights, but this didn’t help.
Google+ just launched an all new feature – Community groups. You can create your very own community for whatever interest you may like. Plus – you can hold Hang Outs within your own group!!! How cool is that!?!
So I started our very own
Homeschoolin’ Mama Community!
Mama’s Rockin’ It – Homeschool Style
The Community for Homeschoolin’ Mama’s is going to be a fun place to hang out with other homeschool moms and share ideas, questions, concerns and encourage each other through this amazing blessing we’ve been given – homeschooling! We will even be planning a few hang outs along the way!
You don’t need to be a blogger to join – just a homeschooling/unschooling Mom with a Google+ account (which is super easy and fun to sign up for). The group is a public group but you will need to ask to be invited (on the community page) just to make sure we really stay a group of homeschool mom – it is an online community after all. You NEVER know who may show up.
I would love if you would join me and all of our online homeschool friends there. Invite all your homeschool mama friends – the more the merrier! If you’re a blogger feel free to grab the button and post it on your blog to encourage other homeschool mama’s to join in! You can also find it on my side bar. Oh and once you join – send out invites to your homeschool mom friends on Google+!
